"Country Club Catering is undoubtedly the finest and best catering company in WNY. Executive Chef Steven Ceccarelli is an extremely gifted and creative chef whose passion for food is the driving force behind his talent. Steve works hand in hand with his wife Tracey, and together the two helped my husband and I plan our dream wedding reception at the Connecticut Street Armory. Steven, Tracey, and the rest of the amazing staff at CCC made the planning easy, fun, and fuss-free, and the outcome unbelievably breathtaking and delectable. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Steve used his creative culinary skills to go above and beyond your average, mundane wedding menu and present something truly outstanding for our guests, and they were delighted with the end result! We still have guests talking about the food-especially the mashed potatoes! And considering that the majority of our family is Irish, receiving high praise for potatoes is certainly cause for celebration! Working individually with Steve and Tracey, my husband and I found them to be warm, down-to-earth, and completely professional. They both went out of their way to help us in every way imaginable. I can say with complete certainty that our wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was if it were not for the time, effort, and help of Steven, Tracey, and the rest of the fantastic staff at  Country Club Catering. They are the only catering company I would recommend, looking elsewhere would be a waste of time".
